There are a lot of League of Legends sites out there, and most of them have a lot of bloggers. It's a tall order to keep up with all of it, but don't you worry; we'll do it for you. We like you that much.
Each week, we'll keep track of the best blogs, vlogs, podcasts, sites and articles from the rest and compile them into one handy (and also dandy) post for you to use as a guide to the week's League of Legends happenings. But we're not perfect. Did we miss something? (You bet we did!) Let us know.
ggChronicle
- The Trinity Force team was back in action, and this week they included an interview with TheOddOne. If you missed the episodes prior to this, check out their archives.
- MonteCristo brought the ggC staff's world power rankings.
- Obscurica continued his coverage of the Garena Premier League: week 5 day 1, day 2, day 3; week 6 day 1, day 2.
Reign of Gaming
- Stonewall talked about his experience at MLG and discussed the jungle play that happened during the event. He later updated his jungle tier list for the, erm, server crash era.
- Prant was a busy guy this stretch. First, he compared the Havoc and Executioner masteries. Later, he discussed just how much damage you were actually taking from Corki's Hextech Shrapnel Shells. Next he compared old heal to new heal. He then compared Varus and Kog'Maw to determine the ideal situation to pick one or the other. Finally, he discussed means for players to improve their prediction skills.
- DCGreen compiled the Team Curse interviews from MLG. Inside you'll find interviews with Saintvicious, Aphromoo, Salce, Xinec, Pobelter and Riot Paul. He then continued his Game of Throwns series with ep. 4, ep. 5, ... ep. 5.5 and ep. 6.
- Winrar compared the Froggen Anivia to the, y'know, not-Froggen Anivia. He also discussed ways players can improve their in-game reactions.
- Tuck359 looked at some of the major storylines of GESL and Dreamhack. He then analyzed CLG.EU's comeback against Moscow 5 at Dreamhack.
- Elementz updated his bruiser tier list, AD carry tier list, AP carry tier list and support tier list after the recent bout of tournaments. He also brought us Liquid's interview with IPL, and then blogged about his recent growth as a professional player.
- DiffTheEnder compared Trinity Force to Infinity Edge, specifically in regards to Ezreal. He later compared the different rune builds of AP users, and then took a look at the Indomitable mastery.
- Saintvicious gave a clinic on everyone's favorite man-horse, Hecarim.
- Hanshinshin argued that top lane is no longer just for bruisers. He also discussed itemization for AD bruisers... or how it's not really there.
SK Gaming
- sjokz continued the Summoners Recap series with ep . 7 and not-8. She was also at Dreamhack and grabbed just a ton of interviews: Snoopeh, rapha, Ocelote, Extinkt, Cyanide, Joe Miller and Deman, Krepo, and Alex Ich.
- WhatTheMoose broke down the cost/benefits of gold/10 items for AP carries.
- YouGoJoe23 took a look at the power of Karthus and Nocturne's (mostly) global ultimates. He later discussed the play of Team Dynamic at MLG Anaheim. Finally, he took a look at the differences between Ashe, Kog'Maw, Corki, Graves and Vayne.
- Mydnight blogged about the different communities forming within the League of Legends scene.
State of the League
- In case you missed it earlier, Travis was a busy man during the California League tournaments. Catch up on his interviews here.
- In show news, a low-key State of the League aired after the aforementioned tournaments. He also recorded another episode, though it ran into some difficulty along the way.
- Meanwhile, SK's sjokz, IGN's Nick Allen, ggC's Comely and Leaguepedia's Zarox sat down with Travis for episode 2 of Whose League Is It Anyway.
- Travis later sat down with CLG's Robert Del Papa to discuss the business side of an esports organization.
